I used the bjorn carrier someone gave me when the baby was 4 months until now 1 year. I also had to get physical therapy because it pulled on my back so hard. I had a moby type wrap for when he was first born and liked that but the other day we went to the zoo and he couldn’t see anything from his stroller. We have a dueter carrier but it’s so heavy and works so much better on my husband. I asked around and everyone swore by ergo baby so I purchased this and I LOVE IT! I wear him on my back and it doesn’t feel like he’s there and no strain. It does get a bit warm but there’s a hot baby snug up against you so that’s expected. I got the ppb one in the portofino and it’s gorgeous. I have amazon prime for being a mom and it’s so much better than diapers.com and almost always when I choose 2 day for free I get it next day. Amazon is where I buy everything now unless it’s one of those really overpriced situations that amazon let’s happen.
I suggest this carrier and wish I had gotten it sooner. I’m so mad we spent money on the others when this should have been it from the start. It’s very easy to adjust but wearing them on your back is tricky getting them in at first.
I also must say there are very few things I ended up actually NEEDING as a first time mom but I’m thrilled with my bumble ride indie stroller and an easy cars seat and this carrier. I use them the most and would have paid more for anyone of them making my life easier and his comfort

I registered for this as a first time Mom and found that it was very handy to have. I agree that it could be easier to get the baby in and out of, but I looked at other models and couldnt find another one that looked any easier. I used to carry one of my twins in this while I had the other twin and my 3 year old in the stroller when we would go out.

When the baby is fussy and wants to be held, it is great to be able to keep him close to you and still have your hands free to do chores, too. I would recommend it.

My husband and I tried both the SNUGLI and the Baby Bjorn and hated them both!! The snugli straps never stayed put and the Baby Bjorn hurt my back so badly. We opted for the Eurorider as a last resort and it’s been wonderful! Our son is 20 pounds and it still works like a dream.
